We have adopted the same purchase & refund terms as other online software platforms such as Envato.

Here are situations where you can expect to receive a refund:

Why a refund may not be given:

Software has not been downloaded

If you have not downloaded your purchased item within 1 month from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for refund.

Software has a security vulnerability

If our software contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed you will be entitled to a refund. If the software can be updated to remove the vulnerability, we will do so promptly. If our software contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then you are entitled to a refund.

Software support is not provided

If we do not provide you support during the term of your license purchase you will be entitled to a refund. Note, we only provide support for PickingPal, and the features described in our online documentation. We do not provide support for WordPress, or any other 3rd party software/plugin/extension.

Software doesn’t work the way it has been described

If our software does not work the way it has been described on our site, and can’t easily be fixed by us, you will be entitled to a refund.

Multiple software licenses were purchased by mistake

If you purchased more than one software license by mistake, you may request a refund for the extra licenses you did not intend to purchase.

Why a refund may not be given

Because our software will be materially similar to the description & preview we provide, and works the way we describe it will, there is generally no obligation on our part to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
  • the item did not meet your expectations;
  • you simply change your mind;
  • you bought it by mistake;
  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • you ask for goodwill

License & Support

If the software is modified in any way by anyone or any entity other than a PickingPal representative, the current license(s) & support shall be immediately revoked.

To receive support on a reported issue, the customer agrees to provide admin access to the primary site presenting the error, or a staging/development site where the reported issue can be reproduced, and to provide specifics as to how to reproduce the error.
